A poster by Arisa Yokosu has been awarded the Excellent Poster Award at the 13th Annual Conference on Japan Emotionology Society
2024年11月9～10日に神戸大学で開かれた第13回日本情動学会大会で、宮田研究室に所属する修士課程1年生の横洲有咲さんのポスター発表が「ポスター優秀賞」を受賞しました。おめでとうございます！
この研究は、武道の剣武天真流で実践されている基本体操のひとつである「わかめ体操」を題材としたものです。「わかめ体操」では、二人組のペアが波役とわかめ役を演じ、波役がわかめ役の肩や背中などに自然なペースで触れていきます。相手に動きに応じた柔らかい動きを実践することが狙いです。
「わかめ体操」は、普段武道を実践していない人が初めてワークに参加した場合でも、無理なく楽しめる実践です。一方で、自他不二や心身一如といった、武道や東洋的心身観の奥義に通じる深みも持ち合わせています。私のゼミなどの授業でも、武道家でもある丸山先生に教示していただいて、実践体験を行っています。
横洲さんらの研究では、「わかめ体操」の実践前後に質問調査を行い、自他の身体的境界の在り方などに関する心理的変容の証拠を得ることができました。幸いにも、多くの参加者の方が研究に関心を持って下さったようです。
