Research Seminar for the 2023 Spring Semester has started.

On April 11th, we held the first session of our Research Seminar for the Spring Semester of the present academic year. Thanks to the effects of publicizing through this website we established about a year ago, both within and outside Waseda University, as well as nationally and internationally, many individuals have started showing interest in our research lab, leading to a significant increase in inquiries.

In this academic year, our Research Seminar is being conducted with approximately 10 participants, including a Visiting Research Fellow, Master's course students, and undergraduate students aspiring for further studies. The participants have diverse nationalities and backgrounds, and accordingly, the language we use has transitioned from primarily Japanese to mainly English (with some Japanese used as well).

At the end of the previous academic year, the arrangement of the lab space, including arranging longer desks to accommodate more people, was updated. However, the situation is still at the point where it its uncertain whether everyone will fit comfortably.

We are being excited about anticipating for further developments in near future.
