Hiromitsu Miyata and Daisuke Kobayashi presented posters at the 9th Annual Conference of the Japanese Association of Mindfulness.

The 9th Annual Conference of the Japanese Association of Mindfulness was held on March 4 and 5, 2023. From 2020 to this year, the conference has been held online, with the poster session and the reception held by using the Gather. Compared with the conferences in the previous years, I have been used to such a system. Nevertheless, I feel like having more opportunities to directly meet and talk with other researchers in person.

From our laboratory, Hiromitsu Miyata and Daisuke Kobayashi made poster presentations. Even though we failed to win prizes, we find that we have made fruitful presentations among the 11 posters.
