We organized a Regular Symposium and made poster presentations at the 86th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Psychological Association.

At the 86th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Psychological Association, held from September 8th to 11th, 2022, the Miyata Laboratory presented a solicited symposium and posters.


The solicited symposium, titled "Psychotherapy Approaching from the Body," introduced new somatic psychotherapies (somatic psychotherapy) in an era where the focus is shifting from stress to trauma. It covered psychiatric clinical practice based on a physical approach, brainspotting as a form of somatic psychotherapy, and Eastern practices.


Two graduate students also presented posters.
