Laboratory2026.03.29
We held the laboratory's farewell party at the end of the 2025 Academic Year.
3月29日に、研究室の年度末懇親会・送別会を行いました。会場は高田馬場のイタリアンのお店を予約してくれました。今年度は修士課程の修了者が5名で、新たに入学される方も複数おられるなど、かなり入れ替わりのある年になりました。
社会人として新たな生活に入る人や、環境を変えて研究を続ける人、社会人としてのキャリアをベースにこれから学術研究を本格的始めていく人など、研究室に関わる人も今現在の状況は人それぞれです。そうした中でも全体として研究指導を進めていくには、「その人自身の次の一歩、その次の一歩」を常に意識してもらい、方向づけていくことだと思います。
他者との横の比較はすぐに出来てしまいますし、放っておいても、同じ環境にいるというだけで良い影響を受けたりもします。その人自身が次に何をする必要があるのか、どの方向に伸ばしたらいいのか、という視点を持つことで、段階の異なる人が集まっていても、指導を良い方向に向かわせることが出来るのではないかと思います。
ともあれ、これを一つの区切りとして、また良い新年度を迎えることができればと思います。
