A research article by Luisa Zeilhofer on meditation during a university German class has been open.

In this study, the author introduced meditations in a Japanese undergraduate class of German as the second foreign language, and conducted a questionnaire survey regarding the meditations. In the paper pubished in the Japanese Journal of Mindfulness, the author argues that the acceptance of students regarding the meditations plays an important role in obtaining desirable practice-related psychological outcomes.
